Friends of Handforth Station will be entering this year’s ACoRP Community Rail awards in several categories including artwork and marketing/website so fingers crossed!

Good news – the rusting handrails for the steps down to the platforms have been replaced.

The booking office at the station has now been revamped to ease use by customers with disabilities.

One feature is a ticket desk that can be raised/lowered to assist wheelchair users.
